Year 9 and 10 Students “Swinburne Wantirna”
On Friday, selected year 9 and 10 students went to Swinburne Wantirna and rotated through Early Childhood, Nursing and Allied Health classes. They got to learn about what these jobs are about, trial using various equipment (learn how to find their own heartbeat, how much germs they have on their hand, how to make playdough, how set crutches up for people and use them) and what they can study with Swinburne to do these jobs. Students also had the opportunity to raise questions to TAFE teachers in these areas.
