Yarra Hills Secondary College serves the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

Our Mooroolbark Campus typically accepts enrolments from the areas of Mooroolbark, Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Montrose and Lilydale.

Our Mt Evelyn Campus also takes enrolments from Mt Evelyn, Wandin, Wandin North, Seville, Woori Yallock and beyond.

Primary school students and parents are invited to attend our annual college Information Nights. Year 7 enrolments for the following year are accepted through the primary school application process. New families to our school community throughout the year will be asked to attend an enrolment interview. At this interview you will have the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have in regards to the enrolment of your child.

Department of Education – PLACEMENT POLICY

Our school neighbourhood/zone can be found at Find My School.  It assist families on up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.

The Department of Education’s enrolment policy includes information on student’s access to their neighbourhood/local government school, and to non-local schools.

Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.
